MagPlex™-Avidin Microspheres
MagPlex™-Avidin Microspheres は、100種類のスペクトル（リージョン）に色分けしコード化したアビジン結合粒子です。アビジンコートしたELISAプレートと同様に、ペプチドなどのビオチン化リガンドと反応させることでイムノアッセイの基質として働きます。これらのビーズは色素染色でコード化されており、これらのリージョンはxMAP® システムにより識別されるので、1検体から最大100種類の異なるアナライトを検出することができます。
MagPlex™-Avidin Microspheresは、2.5×106個/mLの濃度に調製されており、1 mLバイアルサイズでご注文いただけます。
すべてのマイクロビーズは、xMAP® バイオアッセイを構築するために使用する試薬です。
